Global Media Coverage

Electing to Rape was released to wide international media attention. A week after the release, it was still being written about. More is coming, but up to December 18, the story ran in 125 print outlets, 39 TV and radio outlets, and numerous blogs and listservs. The major outlets such as the BBC, the New York Times, the Guardian, the Globe and Mail, NPR and the Telegraph carried stories. Wire services including AP, Reuters, AFP and Canwest wrote stories that were carried in newspapers in North America, Africa, South Asia, the Caribbean, and the Middle East.
