(Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago) -  In a speech to the Commonwealth People’s Forum, Stephen Lewis says Uganda's anti-gay Bill must go.

Scientists must use their talents and consciences to combine activism with scientific inquiry, if there is any hope for HIV funding, research and policy to effect positive change, Stephen Lewis says in a passionate speech at the International AIDS Society Conference on Pathogenesis, Treatment and Prevention in Cape Town in July, 2009.
